Hello Pranali,
With just 50 percentile, sorry to say but it's impossible to get even a decent B-school in Bengaluru. And the colleges you might get with that score won't be called as 'reputed'. I would advise, prepare well for the different entrance exams and try aiming a good score.

Yes, AIMS accepts PGCET score. The admission through PGCET is based on your ranking and fee structure and is as per KEA norms.

Graduation from recognized university with aggregate 50% at least few prominent colleges demand for 60%.
Excellent entrance test score as if you really want to do it, do it with the best one else not.
