Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET. The NET exam consist of two papers. First paper is common for all the subject on the other hand the second paper of NET is based on the major subject of your post-graduation that you have applied for. So you must have deep knowledge of the subject. You should apply for the subject for which you have more interest. You can check the complete syllabus to know the topics and check the difficulty level as per your preparation. The difficulty level can be different for each student. All the best for the future.
