If you have completed a four year degree (10+2+4) that is completed 16 years of education, then you are eligible to apply for Masters in Canada and Germany. In both the cases, you need IELTS minimum 6.5 Band overall and all components minimum 6 band. You can apply directly or through education agents, who will get you admission and process your visa. In Canada if you do two year programme you will be given post study work visa for three years. In Germany, you will be given two years.

MBA/B.Com-MBA will have higher salary offers. This depends on the stream an individual pursues. Marketing has more variable pays and generally starts from INR. 6 Lacs - INR. 7 Lacs and grows to INR. 14- INR. 15 Lacs in 3-4 years' time. Finance students also have initial packages from INR. 7 Lacs - INR. 8 Lacs, HR varies from INR. 5 Lacs - INR. 8 Lacs. These values much depend on colleges and organizations coming to campus for recruitment.

Hi,
First of all, both the streams are amazing to follow. You need to find out that which field you are passionate about. If you are amazing in dealing with people then you should go ahead with HR. If you are interested in all the maintaining a company's finances or all the finance related stuff then charge on Finance. In the end, it all depends on your passion and your liking. There is an excellent MBA programme in India I would recommend to you. It is a good college, but cannot be said best. There are IIMs, which are better. In India, IIM can said to be the best institute to do MBA.
