Even IIMs and XLRIs don't offer MBA degrees. They give only PGP Diploma or PGDM since they are autonomous and independent bodies. Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the colleges offering the PGDM course must have accreditation from AIU (The Association of Indian Universities).

I think I can answer your question dear. I see you in the exact same situation, I was a year ago. Do not worry, I will help you.

- Much of practical exposure and theoretical knowledge as per corporates.
- As it is autonomous, competition is high among colleges. So quality and delivery is the main focus. Just like pvt. banks vs. govt. banks.
- Exams can be re-appeared as missed due to interviews
- Colleges provide you ample number of companies in summer internship and final placements.
- PDGM is preferred over

There are various universities which offer you MBA courses. Firstly, find the university which is suitable for you and prepare for the required exam which will give you access to study in abraod. If you want to go for USA you will have to clear TOEFL exam which tests you aptitude, English and various other skills.

You should go for M.Sc because you have got a great experience of that field rather than choosing MBA. But you can also choose MBA if you have interest in it.
