Yes, if you score high in the MAT exam, you will definitely get a chance to study in top B-Schools. I have mentioned the top MBA colleges which accept MAT scores in India at the link provided below. This is only available in full-time mode. They are no part time courses available in case you are short on time you can opt for the certificate courses.

Your profile looks good for most of the colleges. An average Indian applicant applies with GMAT score of 700. However, a top ranked college will not hand out a 100% scholarship (it is very rare). Colleges ranked lower than 50 would be more willing to give you a good scholarship. Some things are extremely important to consider tho:
1. Your background is IT and so is the most of the applicants. You need to depict something extraordinary in your work experience. A lot of people apply with 2 years of work experience from IT MNC.

You do not need CET for the distance program, but it will be required if you wish to pursue MBA in HRM in regular mode through colleges accepting CET. The exam will depend on the college eg. BVP CET, MAH CET, etc.

MBA in Agri-Business is a growing field and there are some good colleges offering this course. Here is the list:
Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
Xavier University, Bhubaneswar
Indian Institute of rural management, Anand
National Institute of Agricultural Management
Amity University, Gurgaon
National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad
but for these colleges you need to clear the respective entrance exams.

Scoring a very high percentile above 98 or 99 is considered the basic requirement to get shortlisted by IIMs. In the race we forget that the primary requirement to qualify for getting shortlisted by the IIMs is scoring high and balanced sectional percentile in CAT and not the over-all percentile. IIMs after applying their equated normalization system would prefer a candidate with fairly high balanced percentile of 90+ and 94+ in each section with overall percentile of 95-97 to a candidate with overall high percentile of 98-99 having greater deviation in sectional percentile. The exam for this programme could be CAT, MAT, etc. You need to specify which exam you wish to appear for. To crack an MBA entrance all you need to do is practice as many variety questions as possible. Hard work and consistency is the key. Please tell me something more about your preparation so that I can give you few tips. Have you enrolled into any institute for coaching or have you started prep? What is your background. Math or Science. Please provide some information at least so that I can give you some specific answer.
