There are many good colleges that you can secure admission in. N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research is one of the top 5 colleges in Mumbai. It provides students with a lot of opportunities and holistic growth and a great placement record. Last date for application for PGDM is April 20, 2018.
All the best.

A great CAT percentile, preferably 95+, scoring good marks in each section (75+), with a good academic background (75%+). You also need to have good communication skills both speaking and writing for that will be helpful in WAT, GD & PI.

As 70%ile score is a mediocre score, still, there are good colleges, I would suggest you go with Kohinoor Business School, Kurla/Vidya Vihar.

47 is not a very bright percentage but you can try on basis of your graduation results in various private colleges.

MBA through distance cannot give you the same value as a Full-time MBA. However, having an additional degree is not a bad option. You can do distance MBA from IGNOU, Symbiosis-Pune, Sikkim Manipal University, etc.

I haven't heard much about the university, in the ranking leagues, the University of Toledo is ranked RNP (ranked not published). For business programs, it stands somewhere below 200.

These are 3 very different fields. All 3 have equal scope in the HM field, however, the nature of the profile will differ. In marketing, you will be responsible for Advertising and Sales promotion
Sales Management Consumer Behaviour
PR and Customer Relationship Management
Product Management
International marketing
Services Marketing
In finance/Revenue Management:
Security Analysis and Portfolio Management
Project Financing
Management of Financial Services
Corporate Restructuring
So, decide accordingly.
