You can apply for this course once you complete your graduation. Basic eligibility for this course is that candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college/university. Admission is based on marks obtained in graduation. Interested candidates can apply online/offline with the required information.

Jaipuria is a good option for management education. But if you look at the rankings, Asia-Pacific far outweighs Jaipuria. Asia-Pacific has been ranked 9th in Delhi NCR and 40th in India. Jaipuria Noida has 85th rank while Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur holds the 96th position.

Unfortunately, 31 percentile is too low a score to secure admission in a good MBA college. Please refer to the link provided below for a list of MBA colleges in Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad and Bangalore. My advice to you would be to appear for the other MBA entrance exams like MAT, CMAT, SNAP, etc., to secure admission in a top MBA college. Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion
GATE and CAT are two very different exams which will lead you to completely different fields. If you want to move away from technical field and get into management roles opt for MBA otherwise opt for M.Tech.
