Hi, Management Aptitude Test MAT is a national-level management entrance examination. The test scores are used for admission to various MBA/PGDM and allied management programmes. The exam is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA). More than 600 B-Schools accept MAT exam scores. The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate Diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes. Hi,
To pursue Executive MBA you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Around 3-5 years of post-qualification managerial/professional work experience. The work experience criteria may differ from institute to institute.
- Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, you would have to clear the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview rounds.- Institutes like the IIMS require a valid GMAT score (taken within last 36 months of Application date).
