If you want to do MBA, then you must have Bachelor degree from any stream but your percentage should be maximum 50% for general category and for SC/ST, you must have 40 to 45% and yes, if you have completed your 12th from biology, then there is no problem. You can do MBA.

International Placement in HR is not as common as they are in Finance, Consulting, or Analytics. Although there are companies which provide international placements in both the campuses. But, I will definitely say that both campuses are great places to study and you can go to either of them by comparing the parameters like Fees, RoI, Location, Your Own Preference, Opportunities compatible to you. Then you can make an informed choice.

Yes. MBA in marketing has a brilliant scope. There are 38 verticals in marketing to choose from. Some of them are product development, product research, digi marketing, retail marketing, corporate marketing, business development etc. The market has a number of openings for marketing students as compared to HR or Finance.

MBA is offered by Public universities (eg. PUMBA) and PGDM is offered by Deemed universities (IIM, Balaji, Symbiosis). If your looking to pursue MBA from Pune, PUMBA is one of the top ranked colleges in India for the course.

There is no age bar for pursuing MBA. Infact experience is extremely valued while pursuing the MBA degree. You will have an added advantage over the others of 4 years of working in the industry. The only criteria is that there must not be a very big education gap. The university requires you to submit an affidavit if you have a Gap years, where you were neither a student nor working professional.
