Look event management is a minor segment in the field of management. It would be more preferred if you opt for hotel management and get the advantage of a broader concept which includes event management as well. The scope ia very wide. You can apply for MBA. MS admissions are challenging in Canada. To apply to MBA you must take GRE or GMAT and IELTS. Some colleges in Canada are there not requiring GMAT. You have to see the eligibility criteria on university websites.

Considering the CMAT score of yours, you have a very good chance of getting admission in tier one institutes and having work experience is an added advantage. Try for PGDM course and you should probably get through the selection process.
