There is nothing such as fresher or work ex. It differs from companies to companies. Nowadays, companies want to hire freshers. Kind of profiles offered are the same which one gets after doing MBA.

If you are planning to do your MBA in India you are supposed to take any one of the entrance tests like CAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, XAT etc. You can apply to the colleges of your choice and can fill the application form. If you are successful in getting a seat then you'll be able to take HR as your specialization in your MBA second year.
