Yes, because yours is the government approved degree and you have all the things required for MBA. IIM require good marks in CAT for eligibility if you can score those marks then you will be called directly. So don't stick with the stigma if you have any and start studying.

Yes, both are eligible provided they should be AICTE approved. Also, it depends on the government body who sets the rules. Check with all exam criteria and as per my knowledge you will be eligible though.

Provided your foreign university should be reputed and should be some sort of Certified by international standards. Then you can apply for your MBA with all the documents and entrance exam marks.

Both depends on the college you enter. It is difficult to say about the cost analysis without comparing the colleges. Both the education fields are best careers for any individual provided he/she pursue from reputed institute only.
First, consider the country and colleges then start analyzing the fees.

For the batch 2018-20, the minimum placement starts at Rs 12 lakhs before 6 months of course completion. This makes Taxila best place to be in.
