Hi,
You can change as many colleges have a provision to do that. But you need to check with both the colleges whether they can do so or not. As the final decision will be taken by them.

MBA is better which is at NMIMS Mumbai. PGDM is offered at other campuses like Bangalore and Hyderabad.

No. Never go for PGDM in distance if you can go MBA. PGDM must be full time course only.

No, You have to have a Master's Degree and Unfortunately in India PGDM is not considered as Master's Degree. you have to do Masters for Ph.D
