Hi Deepika,
The minimum criteria to get into Harvard for MBA are:-
* Decent GMAT Score (750+)
* TOEFL Grade (109+)
* IELTS 7.5+
* PTE Score minimum 75
* Work experience in any of the following fields - Investment Banking/Consulting/Private Equity/Entrepreneur.

There are many specializations in MBA such as human resources, marketing, finance, operations, entrepreneurship, IT/Systems, etc.

First of all decide which institute and which specialisation you want. After that, look for the exams such as MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA, CET, NMAT, etc. and see which all exams, institute will accept for admissions and prepare accordingly.

Hi,
70-80 %ile in CAT could get you colleges like Welingkar, FORE, IMI-Bhubaneswar, BITS Pilani, BIMTECH-Noida. Check TIME list of B-schools as you'd find a plenty of colleges suited to your requirements.

BBA admissions are based on 12th standard marks on merit. In some institutes they also conduct an open test for allotting admissions to BBA.
For MBA 10/12th standard score does not matter. The admissions are based on open test (CAT) scores. All you need here is minimum 50% marks at graduation level.

Hi,
I think getting into SIOM would be of great help in terms of companies that come there for operations management.
Plus the entire PGDM they focus on competencies related to OM. Of course to get in you need to crack SNAP. There are other colleges as well that have focused on OM.
