TC is most of the time mandatory, however, if you have exams on the head, ask in writing from your college for some more time for submitting the TC. They can allow it.
Arrange an e-mail from your previous college to your MBA college saying the TC status for providing you with some extension for the exam.

Unfortunately, not. You must take the GMAT or the GRE and possess at least 3-5 years of work experience for an MBA in New Zealand. IELTS requirement is usually 6.5 and above.

There is no such course as per my knowledge. If any institution claims to provide such course, then beware of it. MBA is a very good PG degree that makes a candidate industry ready. It requires a thorough study of the field as it opens up new opportunities into ones career.
