Since you already have 3-years of experience, you should go for Executive MBA, as it will be more beneficial in terms of career growth and opportunities and also time saving.

You should go with
MBA in engineering
MBA in marketing
MBA in IT
MBA in HR
You can go with anyone of above course
But, I would suggest you MBA with marketing, because you are from mechanical and you know about how companies sell your products like cars etc. So, marketing is best for you. All the best.

I respect your question, but at this time you need focus on your B.Com, because you have 3-years for thinking about it and you have to gain knowledge about accounts and how big companies manage their financial situation problems etc. So, if you want to know about this, read out the articles of company and enhance your knowledge. Executive MBA also refers to a part-time program for working professionals. This is meant to be conducted in tandem with a job as a result of which candidates are usually not eligible for placements.
The IIMs offer an MBA program for executives with at least 5 years of work experience and hence an EMBA from IIM's gives u a chance for placements through college.

You would have to appear for GRE, GMAT, TOFFEL exams to qualify for the colleges in abroad.

Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College offers the most focused MBA specialization like Marketing, Human Resource, and Finance & System. It doesn't offer MBA with logistics and supply chain management.
