Buddy, if you are not focusing IIM's then you can go for MAT, CMAT to get admission in college you wanted and these are not that much tough exam that can not be cleared so you should go for these and also MHCET is one you can opt.

The minimum eligibility requirement for distance MBAs are:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
- Diploma holders need to possess three-year work experience to pursue the program
- B-schools select students based on entrance exams that test the analytical, verbal and numerical abilities of students.

Hi,
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.
- Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

Yes it seems correct that B-Schools are getting more of business oriented than education/quality of education. This can be seen from the placement scenario and increasing MBA graduates as compared to business requirement and business knowledge required ad per current scenario. Most of the tier-3 and lower colleges are not performing well as per the business requirements. We can also see the world ranking of B-Schools, only 3 institutes are able to make in top-200.
