Hi Vignesh,
MBA abroad admission requirements are different than in India. First, they don't even care what PGCET is. You must take the GMAT or GRE. Second, you must have a minimum of 2 or 3 years work experience to be eligible for the majority of the MBA abroad programmes. Only if you have an exceptional profile you can be accepted without work experience. You should also check some business school websites to learn more about the criteria for selection.

Hello Shashank,
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a Master's degree in business administration that is simply management. It is generally offered as a two year course in India.
You need to have Bachelors of at least 50% to get admission into a college for MBA, however the admission procedure and eligibility vary for every institute.
You can appear for the exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, etc. to secure sears in the top colleges for MBA.

Hello,
Which stream of MBA will fetch you a good job? Difficult to answer. Presently though operations, marketing, finance are seeing a huge rush of students. But if you do something on line with your original qualifications, then I feel it would be much better. You can even think of doing one year's executive MBA in IIM's.

It's better to try for CAT and get into top tier B-Schools of India. IIMs, IIFTs, S P Jain, Xavier's and TISS are some of the top notch institutes. MBA from these institutes are at par with foreign universities. You will also get placements in MNCs and work in foreign. Foreign universities on the other hand have more of practical learning and more of self-learning practices by the professors. A good learning environment in any institute is the most important part of MBA. If you are getting a chance to join any of the top-15 B-Schools of India than you must go for MBA in India.
