IMI-Bhubaneswar is a better option. It's a lush green 16 acre campus. IMI is a good institute and an emerging institute with an average package around Rs 6.5+ LPA. Companies like IMRB, Havells, Kotak Securities, Aditya Birla, Marico, Toyota etc. visits the campus. Regular corporate and guest talks are being held by experts and professionals from industries.

Yes, this would be a better idea. An MBA degree offers many professional, as well as personal, benefits. Whether, you work in technology, finance, management, marketing or manufacturing, it will open up opportunities for greater responsibilities, career advancement, and increased financial reward. From a personal aspect, an MBA will improve your communication and leadership skills which are vital to professional success.

This days you can not get good college with low fee plus hostel, also depends if you are a category candidate or not. There may be some colleges but they'll ask for a high percentile in entrance exam.
You can go for some of the moderate level colleges to meet your budget.

Israel is one of the most advanced countries in dairy technology and management. Hebrew University of Jerusalem business school is a top ranking one in particularly. I will advise you to contact the Dean of the business school giving him or her your full professional background. Please take this advice seriously if going abroad to study is not an issue.

MBA is a competitive course and selection process is quite tough in most business schools. They only accept candidates with a minimum first class degree or even better. But some useless colleges do accept students with 50% marks.

(1) SQL (Structured Query Language) and

Then enroll in MBA finance. You can have a good career in database management systems.

In BA history, you must have studied all the historical events that took place for centuries in India and around the world. Given your background in history, I will strongly advice you to first take two short courses:
(1) Multimedia Design and
(2) Animation.
Then you can study M.Sc in multimedia and animation abroad. The reason is that presenting history in the form of animation is a skill very few have. It is a niche market. Try to tap that market. Studying MBA requires a reasonably strong knowledge in accounting and financial management subjects. I don't think you will be capable of managing these tough subjects if you enroll in an MB
