Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.

Yes, degree courses offered by IGNOU are recognized for example, but for some universities, the extra evaluation would be required like WES evaluation.

The minimum eligibility for MA Psychology course is a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate score.
