Hello,
It's not mandatory and many people do business without any MBA degree and some are even very successful. But on contrary, we should know that pursuing MBA degree from a decent B-School will change your perspective towards marketing and analyzing your budget.

IIM-Ahmadabad is the best institute in India for doing MBA/PGDM based on ranking by multiple rating agencies, course content, faculty, infrastructure, previous placement record, alumni network and brand value. You may refer to the ranking of B-Schools in India here:

For business, you don't need MBA. MBA is just another degree to give you a boost in your career and some amount of matured thought process. But that's not going to help you in your business. So, better you start with something small because on the first go, you are bound to fail. You will get some learning from that and will do something better the second time. Business is a journey. I would say that MBA in finance prepares you as a general management graduate. Whereas, in the real world, you need to work in a core finance environment. You will be competing against CA's, M.Sc Finance and CFA's. It would be really hard to sustain without lack of core competence. In order to achieve or inculcate this core competence, you should not aim for certifications after MBA but you should do it along with your MBA so that once you get into the real world, you are fully prepared. Hello! No, as this college doesn't rank even under the top 50 B-Schools in India and also not being a brand name, it is not a great option for pursuing MBA. Thus even the placement scenario isn't good.
