PDPU surely offers you a pedagogy to grow by providing you plethora of opportunities. Along with regular classroom lectures, club activities and committee work will keep you occupied. PDPU has good infra and supportive faculties.
Overall it's a decent place to have all round development.

Hello Tanya,
Work experience is not at all compulsory for taking admission into the various reputed B-Schools, at least in India. However, it is definitely beneficial, as many B-Schools give significant weightage to it. Moreover, the MBA curriculum is designed in a way that the working professionals can relate to it in a better way. So if you can get a good-paying job or one which interests you, go ahead and work for 2-3 years.

There is no job security in private sector if you pass out from IIMs also but you may get job easily as you have skills and abilities to prove yourself. Also if you are hard and smart working then no company will terminate you. Your job security is in your hands.
