Hello,
It is good that you have an experience in one of the management fields.
Now, that you have an experience in sales field, it depends on how much do you like your job.
Answer these questions in your mind and decide the field:
1) Why are you planning to go for an MBA?
2) Does selling excite you?
3) What is the most interesting thing in your job and can you do the same type of quality work in future?
Now you'll have clarity whether to go for sales or not.
Now, read some finance articles and judge your interest.
Good luck.

Dear Fayis,
Yes, this is indeed a great option. This course is extremely useful and can be equivalent to MBA in finance. Nowdays, some good companies offering good post to these students. But Fayis, be careful. Kindly do your PGDBAM from a reputed government college with good marks, not from a private college.
Best of luck.

Dear Ramesh,
Without any work experience, it is really impossible to do MBA in Australia. And along with your graduation and IELTS score, you need to submit the GMAT (or GRE) score card to them followed by GD/PI and essays writings. So dear, it has a long process and to be the deemed eligible, you have to fulfil all the criteria that mentioned. At least, 2 year of managerial work experience is highly mandatory. Feel free to ask any query at any time.
Good wishes.

There are many good colleges for MBA in India, but the fee is so high. As per me, you should appear for CAT, MAT, etc., and score 90%ile to get the desired college for MBA.
All the best.
