Honestly speaking, none of these two are good choices for pursuing MMS. So if possible, reappear for CET(or any other exam) and try to score high (98+ percentile). But if you are not willing to do so, and want to do MMS this year itself, Lala seems a slightly better college due to its ROI and ranking over DSIMS.

There is no fixed score as such thus the more you score in your graduation, the better it would be. A score of 75-80% and above is preferable.
Good luck.

This is a tough thing to answer as nobody can give a judgment about 1000s of coaching institutes claiming to be the best.
Some of the renowned ones are Career Launcher, IMS and T.I.M.E.
I suggest you choose a city by your own and if possible then go for the demo classes of the coaching institutes (famous ones) available there then get to the conclusion.
It will be more reliable.
Good luck.

1) Popularity: Granted the MiM is a relatively new degree, BUT it has been pretty popular in European circles for the past 20 years. Many colleges offer it as their flagship degrees and it is very very popular in Europe with many US colleges such as Duke Fuqua, Kellog, Cornell & MIT also offering it, so yes MiM is coming up strong.
2) Course Material: The course material has hardly any difference. You study almost the same subjects, yes of course most of these subjects have a more European focus.
Now which one is better, well that is a very debatable question. It totally depends on what you want, what your short term and long
