No matter which course you have done you can join MBA. But the degree you have gained must be approved and acceptable by the university or college administration.

Both have their different importance but in my opinion you might go for MBA from a reputed private college as they have much better placement records and exposure for students. Moreover reputed companies are coming in private institutions for recruiting students.

Yes, there are good chances for you to get admission in a good college to peruse your MBA because many colleges demands 50% or 60% in graduation but you have to clear their entrance exam and group discussion and personal interview and for scholarship you have to be in criteria mentioned by those college to get scholarship.

Well MBA (IB) is emerging field due to global interconnectivity of business firms and operations. Also, the placement scenario is also bright for MBA (IB) students. But make sure you do it from a descent college like IIFT, XLRI, etc. and have exposure of international markets such as china. Next best bet would be marketing and then finance due to the placement scenario and trend of jobs in the country.

Hello,
Both the degrees are almost similar and belong to the same background i.e. management. What matters more is from which B-school you are pursuing it.

Hello Deepak,
Shekhawati is not a great choice for pursuing MBA as it doesn't feature under even the top 50 colleges across India. Simply avoid it and aim only for the good ones.
PS: I've myself heard this college's name for the first time.
