Hello,
NSB-Bangalore isn't a reputed college for pursuing MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges across India. Consider it only as a backup option, in case you fail to get a good college.

In MBA (general), there are not many specialisations like HR, marketing, finance, etc. to be involved while if you have a look into specialised MBA course, you have a number of options to be opted for the specialisation by then you can gain a lot more skills and interest in imparting your kind of communication and leadership qualities. The increase in the confidence level can be achieved too. So, I suggest you can opt for MBA specialised.

My dear friendm
Accenture itself has tie ups with XLRI and other business schools for its employees. You need to get in touch with the HR or you can go through the policy on the Accenture portal. It will help you a lot in upgrading yourself academically. In fact on clearing the course successfully you also get the fee reimbursed by the company. I hope this would suffice.

You can check with Symbiosis or even with IGNOU. Both are well-established names in distance education and have their study centres at select places. All the best. God bless you.
