IBMR B-School is the best college in regard of education. It provides good placement and the support of faculty is always provided to each and every student.
It is one of the best colleges to pursue MBA, especially if one is looking for decent job placement as 90% students get placed every year. Unlike other colleges, IBMR has most students, who get an internship with a good stipend and if one performs good, those internships are converted into full-time job. I would rate this college far better than other NCR colleges, in terms of post-MBA job prospects.

There is no "good" college which will give you admission with that score, as the cut-offs for top colleges like PUMBA and Indira are 95+ percentile. Better reappear for CET(or any other exam) and score good, rather than wasting both your precious time and hard-earned money by taking admission into a below-average college.

Chances of a student getting a good job from an average B-school are very low, as the reputed companies would obviously prefer recruiting candidates from a top B-school; selecting the best of the candidates for various job profiles.

Yes, the PGDM courses are approved by AICTE and MMS is affiliated to Mumbai University. Both of them are equivalent to an MBA.

I would suggest you to reappear again and aim for a higher percentile for better opportunities (only if it's possible for you to wait).

Hi Chandu,
Yes after MBA you will be allowed to stay and search for a job in Italy for 6 to 12 months. You must apply for a temporary stay permit. If you fail to obtain a job during this period you have to come back.
