Ms. AARUSHI BHATT has cleared your doubt in very simple words. If you really want to go for executive MBA you need to gain managerial skills by doing related job. If doing MBA is must and should now for you meance, its better you opt for non-executive MBA which might be distance or part time or full time. If you opt for full time MBA you can go for part time job or do any side business as a beginer in entraprenuership with small scale stratups which might enhance your skills related to business and who knows, further you might become a large scale industrialist. If you opt for part time or distance MBA you might need to study by yourse

There is no as such a ratio, but most of the company have a '60%' criteria.
Mostly they look over there graduation marks, that should be 60%.
Not all the companies look at marks, but they look at the profile, your work experience, etc.
They also conduct aptitude test. So no worry of the marks

Basically, it completely lies on your interest.
For Bcom graduate, Finance is a good option to go for.
I would suggest you to go for top collegs itself, like IIMA, B, C, L, K, JBIMS, Sydeham, etc.

MBA IT is a sector specific MBA. IT industry is in slow decline phase because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries and increasing restrictions on working visas because of which MBA IT grads are now facing challenges in getting good job. They also face competition from MBA grads from top B-Schools. You are advised to do generic MBA not a sector specific MBA.

Hi,
How are you?
In today's time, all we want is a high placement from a college so prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor's degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will score around 99-100 percentile, you may get a call from IIM. So, go for it!
Thank you and keep asking!

After completing an MBA (HR), I would advise you to start working. Though you can always immediately look for further qualifications like Ph.D. in aboard etc., however, I believe getting some real work exposure gives you a better idea and understanding in terms of which domain of HR would you like to make your career (if you are looking for a specialisation). Once you have gained that experience, you may go ahead with further studies - could be research based or non-research based. Or you could even further enhance your skills by doing short certification programmes in C&B, etc.
Along with your work, you may like to register yourself fo
