I don't think it would make much of a difference in the interview, what matters the most is the kind of work you have done, like the position you were working at.

Universities give out merit based scholarships, almost every university have one or the other scholarship scheme. You can check any university website for financial aid information. Generally you don't have to apply separately, all applicants are considered for scholarships at the time of application/admissions, but only the most meritorious ones are given. In addition you can check other organizations like FullBright, Inlaks, Aga khan foundation, British Council etc for scholarship schemes.

Let me be very clear with this that if you are a graduate and if you are not working in any company, which means that you don't have experience or any job then you should go for a regular MBA. Because no doubt that a regular MBA gives you more exposure and a holistic view of the subjects and the corporate life, but if you are already working in any company then you can go for the distance course because that way you'll not have to leave your job and side by side you can finish your MBA course.
there are some very good institutions offering distance MBA, you can apply for such universities.

IB is the new trend in the market and is very popular these days among the budding managers.
Specializing in IB increases your chances of getting a job abroad for sure, but this is not the fact that you'll get a job only in Abroad. It totally depends on which type of company you are applying in, and in that particular company the vacancy is for which location.
