No, now the CAT score is not required. You just have to clear the entrance exam.

MBA and PGDM are almost the same. Some colleges offer Diploma courses (PGDM). Whereas, some colleges offer them as MBA course. There is no major difference. The learning is the same.
Go for PGDM or MBA. It is the same.
Good luck.

Hello,
You can clear the CAT exam and/or take the Pondicherry University entrance exam. If you clear the exam, you will need to participate in the counselling process.

Since you have so much of work experience, I would suggest you to go for executive MBA from a good reputed college. It is of just one year so you wont even spend too much time and you can compete with people with the same caliber of yours which will eventually help you learn better. Good Luck!

Hi Aditya, to be eligible for the student visa you must be accepted by the university firstly. To pursue your MBA you must also take your GMAT or GRE ( if you want to study from a reputed university). Also the IELTS or TOEFL must be taken to meet English proficiency requirements. Your have an engineering background and work experience so in general you can apply. However you have to check the admission requirements on the university websites.

Apply for CAT and various other exams like SNAP, XAT, NMAT, MAT, CMAT, IRMA, etc. There is a lot of scope in MBA. If you prepare well you can get through easily. Now you can even find online tutors who charge very less and you can study at your own comfort.

Hello, there is no rule or limitation to the kind of work experience you should have to pursue MBA in Canada or any other country. Your professional experience should be such that it demonstrates your leadership and managerial skills, teamwork etc. MBA applicants come from diverse backgrounds such as Engineers, IT professionals, Lawyers, Sales and marketing professionals etc. Your role towards the organization's growth , how innovative you were and changes you brought would be more important.
