NET is not offered in the subject you are talking. It's not PhD NET is offered only in the subject available at post graduate level it is HRM or management. Once you qualify NET you have only one scope job as a lecturer in a college. Few institutes may give you the job based on merit and many will charge you 15 lakhs to 30nlakhs to appoint as a lecturer in their college.

First of all, SCDL has no value the reason is you get just a diploma that's too not from Symbiosis University it is a private institutes which Symbiosis is using to fool student and earn lot of money.
Second, none of the part time or distance program in the world has placement those program are meant for your own skill upgradation and meant for professional already working somewhere this applies even for very good quality part time MBA from FMS, JBIMS, NMIMS, etc. SCDL stands nowhere and that is just a piece of paper.

Go to a fake institute SASTA and Bina entrance exam, you will get within 6 months too and why to spend, print yourself an MBA degree. To be clear even a C grade institute where no company visiting for placements can offer MBA without entrance exam and there is nothing such called lowest fee exist even at most low the cost will be around 3 lakhs that's too if you get your rank within the limit cut off in entrance exam.
