Yes, you can very well choose specialization of your interest and choice. You can look for MBA in finance as you already have basic knowledge of finance/accounts/costing.

Hello Abhilasha. Yes there are several MBA entrance exams one can choose from, as per his interests and convenience. The important ones are CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAH MBA-CET, NMAT, SNAP, IIFT and CMAT. Check the B-schools individually for which exam scores they accept. As for the B-school you've inquired for, it accepts CAT, XAT, MAT and CMAT(the latter two are more easier than thew former ones). I hope it helps!

Since your graduation score is less than 50 % marks, the chances for getting into good colleges is remote, as their mandatory criteria for graduation is 50% marks, but still you can get admission in some colleges that offers Bharathiyar University as their eligibility criteria is 45% marks.

CAT is the biggest exam among the MBA entrances conducted in the month of November/December. In order to secure admission in a good college, rigorous preparation is required. CAT score is considered by almost every college except colleges who conduct their own entrances, such as Symbiosis (SNAP) and NMIMS (NMAT).
Post exam results, each college conducts its own GDPI process to evaluate the candidate. Apart from the exam score, performance in GDPI is equally important. A MBA candidate should have thorough knowledge about the current affairs.

Tata Institute of Social Science Mumbai is the best institute. The second choice can be Symbiosis, Pune. You may also chose other institute based on their placement and ROI.
