You have to select a specialization in the final semester and from there you can decide your interests and the salary package also depends on your stream and its future and MBA from good college with best placement results. There is no easy answer to this. Chances will depend on your profile, prior work experience, academics, skills and capacities, Indian university reputation etc. You have to check job portals and look for candidate requirements. Apply accordingly.

CA+CS is a professional career & personally, I would rate it higher than MBA+CS. Since, you have mentioned that you are interested in Law as well then a CA qualification would be of a lot of help to you for specialising in legal matters related to financial domain.
Even if you are not able to clear CA, a CS & LLB will also give you a professional career as a company secretary/consultant in a law/advisory firms.
