You are advised to seek a job to gain some experience and try for CAT, XAT, MAT, SNAP, NMAT, etc. with two to three years of experience.

If you are very clear about making field in sales, marketing, public relation, branding, etc. go for marketing and if you are unsure about future plan of actions then opt general management in marketing.

Both are different fields and have their pros and cons. Think about changing the field if law is not your cup of tea or if you think it will not help you in your career.
