You may refer to the following link for the list of top B-Schools offering MBA/PGDM course: https://www.shiksha.com/mba/ranking/top-mba-colleges-in-india/2-2-0-0-0.
In order to have a good campus placement, you are advised to do MBA from any of the top 50 B-Schools in India. As it is very tough to get admission in any of these B-Schools, you are advised to prepare well for CAT & MAT exam.

Hi,
You have a score of 55% in B.Com, so you are eligible to take the entrance exams for MBA. After you clear the exams and the GD-PI, you can do regular MBA.
All the best.

Lancaster is one of the finest universities in the UK but check for admission requirements and post study work permit. In the UK, it is hard to get a job after studies for international students. Write to the university if they will help you in job search and internships.

GMAT is not required in the Indian business schools especially if you are a domestic applicant. If you want to study in India, take CAT or MAT, etc. There is no comparison, both are different exams. GMAT is a global test, you need it to study abroad so obviously the level of toughness is high. However, the mathematics section of CAT is difficult.

PGDM is an institute based autonomous programme which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a programme which is offered by the colleges affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM, not MBA. For example, XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University and they offer MBA course affiliated to that university. The same college is offering AICTE approved course it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.
Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1-year PGDM will not be equal to MBA. Even IIMs and XLRIs doesn't offer MBA degree,

Dear,
Yes, you can pursue two different programmes from two different universities in distance mode as per the UGC guidelines.
But you need to manage the time table for both the courses.
All the best.

The placement cell of IIM-Ahmedabad is doing very good with 100% success in placing the students in top firms. Till now, India-based firms visit the campus for recruitment.
But there is a good chance of you going abroad if you are placed in some international firm. While working, you get many chances to move out of India.
