Yes, of course provided you scored 50% or more at graduation level. After MCA you can gain some work experience, for at least 3 years and then join MBA / PGDM / executive MBA in any top B-school.

Yes, MBA from IITs like IIT-B / D / KGP is very profitable. MBA from IITs are known for ROIs. IIT-B / D are ranked higher than most of the premiere B-schools of India.

Placements in finance area are very good. Last year, Deloitte was one of the companies who visited campus very early for recruitment and have selected some students at a very good package.
