Hello,
Thanks for asking.
Well, both fields have different but good career scope. M.Sc can provide you a way to research or lectureship career, study about the science, where MBA will help you to increase your knowledge deeper.
If you want to make career in science & science is your passion, then definitely, you should go for M.Sc.
But, if you to make career in business, then I will personally suggest you that don't pursue M.Sc just do MBA & make career in that.
I hope it will help you.
Best of Luck :)

According to the guidelines of AIMA, MAT scores are valid for a period of one year. In your case. May MAT 2016 shall be accepted for MBA 2017 to 2019 only for those schools whose admissions are still open in April. So, buck up and apply to all schools with open applications.

You need to complete your graduation, BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech. After that you need to score good in MBA entrance exams(CAT/XAT/MAT/SNAP). If you have interest in maths finance is a good option to go. Marketing needs good analytical / reasoning skills. At the end its your interest which specialisation to choose for.

For MMS, your profile, i.e. past academic scores, work-ex and extra-curricular achievements, doesn't matter at all for the colleges. If you clear the necessary cut-off of a particular college, you're eligible for taking admission in it. The cutoff for Chetana MMS is generally around 95 percentile, though confirm it with any current student.
P.S. Your profile is considered only for the PGDM programs.
