Hi Anshuman,
Yes. Some companies offer paid internships but some of them don't. What matters is how much you learn in your internship and if there is any internship offered with it that would be the best combination.

You can pursue MBA in marketing by clearing MAT exam. Most colleges in Delhi NCR accept MAT scores.

Hi Prajwal,
Every college provides internship for its students. However, it is not 100%. Some of them manage to find it on their own. It depends upon students capability as well.
