Hi,
This totally depends on a particular college. And you have asked a very vague question. You need to mention a college name for correct information.

For MBA admission, graduation scores, 12th scores and 10th scores are being considered. The weightage is being given to all the scores in IIMs and other B-Schools. Some institutes consider only graduation marks.

Dear,
If you have aim for lecturer profile and if you can manage then try for regular MBA programme because top private B-School would prefer regular degree but for government colleges, they have own process for recruitment. You can think of MBA through distance mode.
You can consider these universities for distance mode :
Sikkim Manipal University
Symbiosis
Amity University
ICFAUI
IMT-Ghaziabad
IGNOU
So, decide the study mode regular or distance according to your career goal.
All the best.

The general MBA is related to all aspects of MBA i.e. MBA in marketing, finance and HR. You will get full knowledge of management and MBA in marketing and finance, includes specific specialisation in marketing and finance only where you will study about marketing strategies, branding promotion, sales management, financial accounting, financial planning and calculations, etc. It will be specific about marketing, finance and general MBA will cover full syllabus of management.

IFMR doesn't provide any on spot registration. You need prior submission of PGDM forms and valid score in an entrance exam to be called for GDPI round and admission process.
