I can understand your aim of asking this question but I am sorry for this question because Balaji Institute Management does not take into account of fees exemption for OBC category because it is a private aided institute which follows its own rules and regulations.
So, the OBC category candidates are subjected to pay the full amount of fee as by general category candidates.
Only for SC/ST migrants, there is an exemption of 50% scholarship in the programme fees.
Thank you.

Let me suggest you something really important. As you are from the electrical background, there is a special management course that you can pursue to brighten up your life.
The course is MBA in energy management which is offered by UPES (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies), Dehradun. It is very popular and highly in demand. Also, the college is having a beautiful campus and international fortune 500 companies tie-ups for job placement. Most of the international students are excited here to get enrolled here for energy-related management studies. So, I would like to suggest that you must not miss this great opportunity

If you want to join in as the management in any company later, go for MBA and if you are interested in research, education, innovation, etc in biotech, genetics, prosthetics etc, you should choose MS. Canada offers better chances of it than Australia so check your finances, eligibility and cultural preference and then decide.
