IPE is well known for Marketing profiles but still we are getting good placements for finance and operations.

No, once you're in the institute. Every student is treated equally and there won't be any problem.

IIM, Ahmedabad and IRMA are the best MBA Agribusiness with aroudn 100% placement records.

Well, placements are good here. There are many companies coming for the placement as well. Almost all the students have been placed till now and many of them have joined too. The placement cell here makes sure that each student get 2-3 offers so that they can choose as per their convenience. The selection of the student depends upon their communication skills & abilities. If you can communicate well, then you can easily get placed in big companies with a good package as well.

It depends on your interest and institute's placement record.

The major benefit you get from these countries is tuition fee, which is comparatively lower than other countries like UK, USA, etc. But, the major constraint is the language. Germany is a much better option as you are from mechanical background.

By great, I assume you meant anything above INR 12 LPA. Can't comment about BBA, but the following colleges are well-known for their placements after MBA:- FMS - New Delhi; SP Jain, NMIMS, JBIMS, NITIE - Mumbai; SIBM - Pune; MDI - Gurgaon; XLRI - Jamshedpur and IIFT - New Delhi.

You should aim at older IIMs (Bangalore, Indore, Lucknow and Calcutta) and then the newer ones. Other colleges you can look for are MDI-Gurgaon, NITIE (good for engineers), S. P. Jain, NMIMS-Mumbai and IMT-Ghaziabad.

SIES, NL Dalmia, Welingkar, Christ, NIBM, Indira and Balaji are some of the institutes that consider profile based selection.
