If you wish to switch your field from commerce to marketing, you can certainly opt for PGDM in marketing. Marketing is regarded as the most important element in the growth of every company. Whether the business is small and has limited financial capabilities or it's a big budget business with powerful financial backup, only marketing efficiency can help it make an impact in the marketplace and earn suitable income. All industries require qualified marketing executives who can lead their company to the peak of success. From joining as a marketing executive, one can become a marketing manager or product manager within a very short span of time. After completion of the programme, you can work as a brand manager, Marketing analyst, strategist, Digital Marketing professional, Public Relations Professional and so on.

If you have 99 percentile, try tier I PUMBA (government), SIMSREE (government), XIME-Blore, Great Lakes- Chennai. If you are good enough as a salesman, then choose MBA marketing, as in maximum case the core marketing profile is not available in average MAT colleges. So, they provide the sales profile of business development manager, relationship manager, corporate sales, retail sales, credit sales etc. If you have CMAT score, try IMT-Nagpur and Hyderabad for sales. Try to avoid NGO consultancy and current students review, as they are also part of the system, so they can't bring the in campus reality in front of you. Be clever before investment. The colleges you mentioned are almost same. As you should know in tier II, average college's placement depends upon the strong hold of the placement officer not on college brand name. In our Ghaziabad based college, we faced this. During the placement time, the placement officer resigns for another better offer and the next new one was not good and students are given in bulk hire and fire profile. Always remember 100% placement does not make any sense without job stability.
