Ideally you can explore the following options:
1. Apply for immigration, this process takes 18-20 months & in the meantime look for a job in India.
2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.

MBA programme in USA requires minimum 3-4 years of work experience. As their curriculum is designed in such a way that becomes mandatory for one to have practical work exposure. You also need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL and GMAT to get to good university. Getting a job depends on your skills and academic.
