MBA is a job oriented post graduate degree. You can easily get a good job with MBA. If you are not interested in a job, you may do MPhil/ PhD to gain further education in the area of your specialization. You can also do industry recognised certifications such as CFA, CMA, LOMA, etc.

If you do MBA from B-Schools below 300 in all India ranking, you are likely to face challenges in getting a good job and decent salary. You are advised to do MBA from top 100 BSchools only. You can do any specialised field diploma and settle abroad in New Zealand. After one year study visa you will get one year work search visa. Once you get a job you will get two year work permit and then you can apply for PR.
