Agri-business explores the production, marketing and trading of products related to agriculture. Pumba is a better option than IIM Bodh Gaya as it is more established, better ranked and offers good placements than the IIM. Also the ROI is not an issue for Pumba.

If your interest is more in core commerce education especially accounts then for you M.Com can be a good option, but ideally MBA provides a wide scope of career opportunities.
Where M.Com will only give you limited options, MBA has more horizons to look upon.
My brother did MBA in Port and Shipping Management from UPES Dehradun and is now working with an international Germany based shipping company. It's all upto how well you pursue it.
My personal opinion would be go for MBA rather than M.Com it benefits more in future.
