Hello! Both are equally good, what matters more is from which B-school you are pursuing them. For example, all Iims and some top non-Iims offer PG Diploma whereas non-Iims like JBIMS, NMIMS, SIBM, FMS, etc. Offer MBA. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/resources/faq-1#8 Kindly visit the given link for more details.

RIIM is a good institute to pursuing PGDM. They have the best faculty members, best placement, industrial visits, educational trips to London or Dubai and they also organize 1-month residential programme in London. So, you can go for RIIM.

Hi there,
Please check the eligibility criteria before appearing for the CAT exam. Once you give CAT and clear the sectional/overall cut-offs required to get shortlisted from MDI Gurgaon, you will be called for the next round (GDPIWAT). Based on the combined scores for different components, the final selection list is then released. All the best.

First of all, be clear with your career plans. Pursuing MBA/PGP/PGDM in any top 100 management colleges in India will provide high pay scale with handsome/managerial job. Else, MBA from an average college will makes you to search for job or entry level job. My suggestion is get some work experience first for at least 12 months. Go for MBA. All the Best for your future.
