Hi Vinod,
I am not sure about its recognition in India . So, once, you complete the course gain some work experience there. Check if the program is affiliated Check with the concerned university about career assistance and outcomes. Scope will be available post graduation in an around the country. You have to select a specialization in the final semester and from there you can decide your interests and the salary package also depends on your stream and its future and MBA from good college with best placement results. I would suggest you UEM, Kolkata for (http://uem.edu.in/uem-kolkata/courses/) this as this college is consistent in placement.

If you are doing MBA agribusiness management from a reputed institute like Institute of Rural Management Anand or IIMs. These are much better than pharma management as there is hardly any reputed institute offering MBA in pharma business management.

Both are equally good. The MBA people are more known for their business tactics and they help in uplifting the business organization of the company. MCA people grab the technology part to cope up with the company's business needs. They both accentuate a company's profits.
Regarding salary, MBA people get more than MCA since they help in reviving the business policies of the company which straightaway leads in to profit(If modeled correctly). You didn't mention your graduation stream so it is difficult to know your inclination.

To be a SAP functional consultant in the given function, good knowledge of that management function is required. Therefore, MBA with specialisation such as HR, Marketing, Finance, etc., and then SAP is a better option. In fact, I am of the opinion that you must do SAP after gaining more than one year of functional experience after doing MBA.
