Hi,
It is not an issue to have MBA with your degree. Any degree is required to qualify for MBA admission along with valid score in MBA entrance examination.
You can become an investment banker if you pursue MBA in finance. As finance specialization covers all aspects of financial field like banking, insurance, etc.

There is no direct recruitment of MBAs in central and state government. MBAs can apply for all job where eligibility criteria is graduation degree for government jobs. MBAs can apply for job in Public Sector Banks and PSUs as well.

Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.

You are eligible to seek admission in Ph.D, if you have done MBA through distance learning from a recognized university. You can also do Ph.D through distance learning from IGNOU or AIMA-AMU.

Travel and tourism is a nice MBA specialization with lesser scope and career opportunities in comparison to specializations such as HR, finance, marketing, IT, etc. If you are planning to pursue MBA, it will better to do general MBA as you can join travel and tourism industry even with generic MBA.
Also, generic MBA will you wider choices in campus placement. However, if you are sure that your interest is in making career in travel and tourism industry then you may go for MBA in travel and tourism.
