An MBA from IGNOU is fully accredited and valid from the perspective of applying for government jobs or pursuing higher studies. Even though, a lot of government organizations a accept distance education degrees, a candidate may be at a significant disadvantage while competing against other candidates with full time MBA degrees under their belts. I must recommend before filling up forms of college. Try to filter out before you fill up the forms rather than wasting the money for forms. Always try to set the priority which will be better and worth in future. Secondly, your entrance score in the competitive exams followed by the selection interview. So, choose appropriately rather to fill forms in recommendation of others.

I personally recommend you that there are some criteria for MBA colleges as well as companies for placement. If you have more than 50 overall from 10 to graduation, you are eligible or otherwise, there's no option to sit for interviews. So, very truly advising, 12th result is important everywhere, till you are fresher. After some experience in corporate, there will be Cake Walk for your success in any field.

Good luck!
