The basic eligibility criteria of NEET UG is given below.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

  1. General - 50%,
  2. OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  3. PWD - 45% 

So 12th with PCB is must for NEET UG and if you have passed than can be eligible only.

Yes, you are eligible to continue your MBBS from private colleges in India. Or you can take admission abroad universities. Because in India you cannot get government universities as the minimum eligibility score is 400 and above, and private universities fees in above 30- 50 Lacs. So if you are able to go private colleges with high fees or think about abroad medical universities and at last you need to repeat for NEET exam.
